my first card on my new blog

hello ladies if anybody is following me lol

as promised last night i made a card to cheer me up and was very pleased with the results hear goes do excuse the rambling i'm new to this
this was my inspiration i made this card in may at a little claire workshop they are well worth going to you meet lots of like minded people and get to make some great cards

this is a list of the ingredients i used three sheets of 12 x 12 paper two patterned one plain, little claire flower head stamp a 6x6 and a 4x4 card 1/2 mtr of contrasting ribbon, pro markers, scallop square die, ribbon border die ( i think mine is a Marianne) card candy, gems, memento black tuxedo stamp, sticky tape, foam pads and stickles for the middle of the flower head and lastly a sentiment stamp of your choice.

thesse are the promarkers i used
take a 6x6 inch piece of floral card a 5.5x5.5 piece of plain contrasting card and a 5x5 piece of another floral card mat and layer onto front of largest card, repeat this on the smaller card apart from the final layer, use your scalloped square die to cut this.
onto a plain piece of stamping card stamp the floral design twice the bottom layer doesn't need all of the detail as it will be covered, on the top layer you define the detail trim around both leaving a thin border,at this is the stage to add stickles to give it a chance to dry.
cut out ribbon panel in plain card, thread ribbon through and tie a bow at the top, stick this to the right hand side of the biggest card.
for the inside of both cards cut out a plain panel slightly smaller than the base and stick down, then take another piece smaller still and stamp the floral design off of the side of both panels colour in and stick to the inside of the cards.
take the smaller card and turn it around so the spine is on the right hand side, place double sided tape on the back and stick to the front of the larger card.take a sentiment or peeloff to finish the inside of the smaller card, don't do this until you have stuck down the panel as you may decide to turn the panel to get the design where you want it.
once the construction of the card is complete your glitter glue should be dry on your floral embellishment once it is stick to the front of the card and embellish with gems or card candy.
this is the final result you can catch a glimpse of the inside of both cards i hope you understood the instructions and thankyou for putting up with my rambles they will get shorter i promise..

have a fantastic new year loadsa love lisa.xxxxxxx
